Three-day high-profile event in Zurich with 300 bank representatives (chairpersons, CEOs) and their partners. Representatives of the major European financial institutions. Organization of meetings, social programmes, ladies' programmes, etc. Member of the organizing committee – Joint event held by Credit Suisse, UBS, SBV and Lombard Odier.
Ryder Cup – golf tournament – Valderrama, Spain
Four-day client event put on by Credit Suisse and Nestlé. 60 VIP guests. Member of the organizing committee. Overall organization – transport, logistics, VIP programmes, dinners, receptions, etc.
Formula 1 – Credit Suisse
Hospitality team leader for Formula 1 client events on Grand Prix weekends as part of the Credit Suisse sponsorship of the Sauber F1 team.
Gottlieb Duttweiler Prize – Award winner Joschka Fischer
Event with 900 invited guests at Park im Grüene, Rüschlikon. Project manager, co-responsible for overall organization.
Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute – Renovation and expansion
Project management for building owner and overall responsibility. Link between building owner, construction consultant and general contractor.
Construction time 11 months.
Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute – QIII quality certification from Swiss Tourism Federation
Overall responsibility for certification process as Head of Operations and Events.
Swiss Re – 150th anniversary
Member of the organizing committee. Responsible for global invitation management, responsible for organizing the 22 global events as the link between the local organizers and the steering committee. Project manager for the event in Zurich (some 7,000 guests over 3 days).
